Who Are We?
As a result of close synergy with local businessmen, DTS Group established DTS Semangat Sdn. Bhd. or known simply as DTS in 1997. DTS Semangat set up an office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia in year 2009.
Since then, DTS has grown to become trusted and valuable technology partner to many Malaysian, Singapore and Cambodia based banking institutions both local and International. We also work closely with our Technology Partners to provide end-to-end turnkey solutions.
In 2006, we successfully implemented our first Integrated Queue Management System (QMS) in Malaysia. Our research and development team continue to refine and develop our system now known as DTS-QMS, particularly in the area of web-based technologies. DTS-QMS is now completely web-based and has been implemented in several sites in Malaysia.
Regional & International Support
DTS Semangat’s experience in supporting and maintaining all its products and services is extensive with over 1,000 support locations across Malaysia. Our technical team has cumulatively over 40 years of experience supporting and maintaining banking systems.
DTS Semangat is not only present in Malaysia but also plays on active role abroad with offices in Singapore, Cambodia and Thailand. We also have representative offices in Laos and Vietnam. Furthermore, we plan to open more representative offices in Philippines, Myanmar, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka.
